I just want to know how you work with copywriters in this situation?

In my case, I’ve written a draft copy of my sales page and I want to find a copywriter to work for me to…

• Critique my sales page
• Optimize it
• Proof reading

So far so good, I’ve a deal to give a branded iPhone application for copywriter in exchange to work with me.

The app itself would cost at least $1,000 to do.

However, I found a copywriter who claim that app unable to feed copywriter, money does… and tell me copywriter will work on $5,000 not for a sucks $1,000 app.

I’m not sure if he actually understand the tasks I would love him to do… see the above list. I’m not going to let him write me a whole copy.

It’s not taken me to serious much about it but one thing does…

He tell me my copy is sucks…

And this is why I would like to know your comments regard on this statement.

I’m ok to hear that my copy is sucks because I’m not a copywriter. Even I can’t make my grammar 100% correctly!

For you, who will be the person who will judge that your copy is good or bad?

It’s a copywriter who write the copy for you? Does it make sense this way?

I actually laugh to him because if he judge the copy this way, no one will happy to work with him.

For me, the person who will be able to judge my copy is only my ‘targeted prospects’, never think of a ‘copywriter’ or even myself. It’s non sense.

After heard that from him, I black-listed him immediately. hehe.

What would you think? I would like to hear.
