Seree,
I downloaded your free version. I am having a problem with using it in just the homepage. When I try that option, the popup doesn’t show at all. Could it be because I have my homepage set to a static page?
Please let me know at my e-mail address. If it works, I’d consider upgrading. This is a good product.
Brian
Hi Brian,
I sent you an email.
Please check.
Thanks,
Seree W.
Good day. I’ve purchased the full version of the plugin, and I’m kinda stuck on getting it to work with my own autoresponder, http://www.emailmarketingassistant.com. Also, how do I setup the plugin to use cookies to NOT bring up the opt-in page more then once?
Thanks,
Frank
Hi Frank,
Thanks for your purchase.
To setting up for your auto-responder, could you please send me the HTML code generated by the auto-responder? (you can reply here or send me email directly)
To bring up pop-up opt-in page once, you can set “Show period” to “Every XXX minutes”.
Thanks,
Seree W.

I found your theme might haven’t a well built footer.
You may solve the issue by following the FAQ section of the doc here.

Hi Seree,
I’ve added another autoresponder service to my site called (iConact). Fr some reason, Faster Optin doesn’t want to accept the icontct web form?
Any suggestions how to make this work together?
Thanks,
Neil
Hi Seree,
I upgraded to the full version, but for some reason I am having trouble getting my image to appear in the pop up window. When I tried it in the sidebar it showed fine. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
I do notice when I save my options the image field is blank.
Please advise.
Thanks!
I bought the plug-in, but got an email about an upgraded version being released within a week. That was a few months ago and I never saw another email. What is the current version?
I bought the full version of this excellent plug-in a few months ago and it did everything as claimed… it pulls more information from visitors and does so with ease of set-up and maximum impact. With the newest release, Seree sent me a current update – now that’s customer support!
@Neil : I have email to you and i think it is working for you now.
@Pamela : Could you please give me more information about your issue? (blog’s url or more)
@Andrew : Hey man, it is v2.1 stable. The new one will be Magic Opt-in but not official released yet.
@Jim : Thanks man! I’m very appreciated to hear your kind feedback.
Hi Seree,
I’ve been using your Faster IM Optin Wp Plugin for some time now and it’s a great piece of software.
However, I recently noticed that on one of my Websites both the Auto and the Sidebar Optin Forms appear further down the Page than normal and the Submit Button and the Close Link etc. are below the fold and can’t be seen.
The optin Box is not affected by the Page Scroll and therefore this fault has become a great distraction an the fact that the Optin Box “Close” Link can’t be accessed, visitors simply leave the site.
Thank you for any help and advice you can provide to overcome this problem.
Kind regards,
John Williamson
Thank you so much for the video help it was really great
