The point that I setting up my password, I just want to lock off my laptop when I’m out of office to [...]]]> Man, sometime I’m boring about my strong password. When I boot up my Windows box, I have to type my strong password about 10 characters which needed to press SHIFT button many times.

The point that I setting up my password, I just want to lock off my laptop when I’m out of office to have a lunch. So, I considering to bypass boot-up log on and found that It can be done very easy.

Step by step here.

1. Run “control userpasswords2″. There will be a Windows shown.

2. Un-check “Users must enter a username and password…”.

3. Click “Apply” and they will let you enter your password.

Now you can bypass your manually log on process on boot up.
